Short 30-minute INTERVAL intensive fat-burning training mostly for zones:
legs, hips, abs
On the example — the 1st level of complexity!

3 levels of complexity are available.
Doing 1, 2, 3 training sessions 3 times a week, you noticeably improve a figure and health!
As they are developed by a special technique, based on the correct breath and features of combination and alternation power and cardio training!
