A couple words about Ekaterina: it wasn’t that easy for Kate to change her habits. Her main problem was having dinner at very late time and also eating snacks with her family in the evenings. The family is very communicative so they often invite friends at their place and this fact has become another reason of gaining weight. Ekaterina got immediately main principles of the program but anyway I had “to push” her all the time. But later she learnt how to combine healthy food, rest and having fun with friends. She really was surprising me!
She lost her weight, she adapted to sport, step by step she introduced her family to the healthy habits and it wasn’t easy. Men often don’t accept seriously the words “healthy food” and often joke at their wives saying “my Darling is on a diet again”. But those who try to live without fast food may appreciate this mode of life. Healthy food is not just food, this is not a diet – this is the new style of your life. There is no need to be hungry and angry, no need to count calories and grams. Healthy style is the style of different variants. Here is Kate’s result for 9 weeks of studying and controlling (8 weeks of control plus 1 beginning week).

Breast – minus 11 cm.

In the meantime she lost just 4.5 kg. This is what I constantly repeat (I described here in my previous story). – Fat burns and muscles grow. Kate is still overweight and she needs to work hard to lose it. Now she needs to pave efforts and do sports more, she needs to focus her attention on physical activity. If you want to lose weight without harming your health you should train your body and eat healthy food. Never starve because you reduce important microelements, vitamins and nutrients (the lack of important elements in your organism will make you sick and unhappy) – this is what I always recommend to my clients.
